This reading list offers a starting point for anyone aiming to improve their ability to support developing writers, particularly in the sciences. This reading list is especially ideal for faculty advisors/mentors, grad students and postdocs mentoring junior colleagues and undergrads, and anyone else supporting developing and early career writers in STEM. It's not the only or best peer-reviewed papers books, and writing/planning tools on writing support and feedback, but it's a viable place to begin your reading. (Read more about academic writing and supporting developing writers on my blog: School of Good Trouble.)

P.S. This is a free download I share as an open resource to support the scicomm and writing communities. You'll receive a link to the file after you complete your order. This will also subscribe you to my blog/newsletter/updates which are published *at most* weekly. You can unsubscribe any time, of course!
